This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from moduroadRV at https://moduroadrv.com. We sell modular RV accessories, camper van accessories, trailer accessories, and outdoor camping equipment.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, hardware, and proof of purchase.

Items that have been installed, drilled, cut, modified, damaged by misuse, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us at info@moduroadrv.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, photos if applicable, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and may not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to buyer preference, wrong size selected, no longer needed, or any reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs, duties, taxes, or carrier fees related to the return.

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@moduroadrv.com within 7 calendar days with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law: used or installed items, customized or special-order items, clearance items marked final sale, gift cards, items damaged by improper installation or misuse, and items returned without all original parts and packaging.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@moduroadrv.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
